The Nigeria Football Federation has released a 30-man Super Eagles provisional list ahead of the 2018 World Cup to hold in Russia next month.
As expected the list has the names of regular players such as captain John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses, Leo Balogun and Ahmed Musa.
Despite rumours that the likes of Obafemi Martins, Vincent Enyeama and Brown Ideye, being considered for the World Cup, they did not make the list.
Ikechukwu Ezenwa of Enyimba FC, Dele Ajiboye of Plateau United and Junior Lokosa of Kano Pillars were the only home-based players that were considered for the World Cup.
